Asbury to Host Jordan Valley Remote Vaccine Clinic
May 22 from 1 to 4 pm
Asbury is providing a location for Jordan Valley Community Health Center’s remote Covid-19 vaccine clinic. This free event is an opportunity for you to receive your COVID vaccine, or to help a friend, neighbor, or relative schedule their vaccination.
This clinic will offer the Pfizer vaccine, which is two doses on two different days, and also the Johnson & Johnson which is a single-dose vaccine. Here are a few key details:
WHEN: The first dose is Saturday, May 22, 1-4pm with appointments every 15 minutes. If you choose to take the Pfizer vaccine, you must attend for the second dose on Saturday, June 12, 10am-Noon.
WHERE: The clinic is taking place in the Fellowship Hall at Asbury UMC, located at 1500 S. Campbell Ave. You may park in the south section of the parking lot and enter through the south entrance.
WHO: Appointments are available to all Missouri residents age 16 and over. Minors must have a parent or guardian present. We ask that only the individual receiving the vaccine enter the building, with the exception of parents / guardians or those assisting an individual with mobility issues.
HOW: To make an appointment, please register online at Signup Genius using the button below. You will receive a reminder email from Signup Genius prior to your appointment.
Please note that there are limited appointments available at this clinic and these appointments are on a “first-come, first-reserved” basis. We have just over 40 slots available. If you wish to make an appointment, please do so promptly. Our goal is to fill every slot and do our part to stop the spread and finish strong.
