What are the Detailed steps to Register for the Web Site?
You may want to print these instructions prior to registering...
1. Goto the web site and click on link on the left side of the page for "Not a member yet? Click here to register.
2. Fill out the form and press the "Create Account" button on the bottom of the
page
3. If there are any problems with your information (e.g. password too short)
you should see error messages in red - correct anything that needs addressed,
then press "Create Account" again.
4. Once you have everything correct, you will see a summary screen with the information you entered.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press the "Create account now!" button.
6. You will then get an email with a link to confirm your registration, click on the
link in the email. That will take you to the web site and allow you to confirm and log in for the first time.
We do the email confirmation step to ensure that you are a 'real' person and not some web-robot trying to send us a bunch of spam.
How do I Subscribe to get emails when new Prayer Requests are entered?
Once you have a website account setup, you can then subscribe to the prayer list page. Subscribing to the prayer list page will send you an email when new prayer requests are entered.
To suscribe to the prayer list do the following.
1. Signon to the web site with your username and password
2. Go to the prayer page (Community->Prayer)
3. Press the blue button that says subscribe
4. You will then see a page where your email should be displayed, this is the email address where the new prayer requests will be sent.
5. Press the Subscribe button
