Sunday School

Classes are at 9:30 and 11:00 each Sunday Morning

Children's Sunday School Classes

We have different classes by age groups/grades listed below. Each of these classes use the Live B.I.G. curriculum, which helps chilren learn about the love of God through Jesus so they can live their "Belief in God." Live B.I.G. makes the Bible come alive! Each week the children enjoy Bible stories and fun ways of learning the weekly lesson. There are age appropriate puzzles, crafts, games and a weekly DVD which highlights the lesson with drama and music.

9:30am Nursery for newborns to 1 year old

9:30am Kindergarten & 5 year olds if enrolled in kindergarten
9:30am 1rst & 2nd grades
9:30am 3rd & 4th grades
9:30am 5th & 6th grades
11:00am Nursery for newborns to 5 years old
11:00am Children's Church is for children 4 years old through 4th grade. Children are dismissed from the 11:00 worship service and come together to learn and grow in their worship time. While in children's church, the children participate in Bible based activities featuring prayers, scripture, Bible stories, crafts and music. The activities in this traditional format of children's church is designed to help children grow closer in their relationship with God.

Youth Sunday School Classes

11 am Mid High - For grades 7 through 8. Teachers and volunteers work together to present topics that are relevant to today's young teens such as self-image, friendship, faith, family, and values. Each lesson connects Christian principles with important issues in a fun, interactive way so young teens may learn more about how to live their Christian faith. The youth meet in the Youth Lounge at 10:30 for some social time prior to Sunday School starting.
11 am Senior High - For grades 9 through 12. This class is currently focusing on topics related to basic Christianity. Class time is spent in Bible study and discussion. The youth meet in the Youth Lounge at 10:30 for some social time prior to Sunday School starting.

Adult Sunday School Classes

Fellowship - For adults of all ages.  This class is using an open discussion format and discuss various topics of interest.

Harmony - This class is usually made up of older adults who study the Bible and relate it's meaning to being a Christian in our world today.

YAX - For singles and couples beyond high school but not yet retired.  This class uses a variety of materials form current events to Bible studies to movie clips.  The class is unique in its use of humor and the caring quality of its  members.  Many activities occur over the year including campouts, a Christmas Party, game nights, road rallies and many other imaginative outings.

The College Sunday School Class is for all 18-24 yo's. It is a great time of exploring our faith and having fellowship.

Ponderers - This is a causal adult Sunday school class which "ponders" how our Christian believes fit in with contemporary issues that affect our everyday lives. We use a variety of study materials, but also feel prayer time and fellowship are equally important. We act out our Christian believes by becoming involved with outside service projects such as sponsoring a child or collecting shoes for Rainbow Network and helping a family at Christmas.
