Asbury United Methodist Church is teaming up with Heartland Traveling Day Camps to bring a week of AWESOME adventures to our church and community, and you’re invited!
Adventure Week Campers get to participate in outdoor activities such as water games, rock wall, and more! They also get to grow in their relationship with God not only through these activities, but also through daily bible study, worship, crafts, and skits.

|Cost:||Only $10 per child for the whole week with lunch and snack included!|

Registration and Payment Information
Registration for Asbury’s Adventure week is completed on the Heartland Traveling Day Camps Website.
(Instructions for the ONLINE registration process is below)
You can print and fill out a paper registration (need link here) and mail it to Asbury at
1500 S Campbell Ave
Springfield, MO 65810
Come by the church office on Monday through Thursday from 9am to 2pm and pick up or drop off an application.
The cost for Asbury’s Adventure Week is only $10 per child for the entire week!
This includes lunch and a snack each day and an Adventure Week T-Shirt.
Your payment can be made online using Asbury’s online payment website or you can mail or bring a check to the church at:

If you are paying online, click the “PAY ONLINE NOW” button below. On the Asbury Payment Webpage – please enter $10 for each child you are paying for on the “Adventure Week” line, click continue and fill out your payment information. You will receive and email confirmation of your payment.
If you are paying by check please make it out to Asbury UMC and put “Adventure Camp” in the memo line along with your camper’s name.
Online Registration Instructions
Online registration is completed at the Heartland Traveling Day Camps website.
|Step 1: Enter Parent/Guardian Information. This will setup an account on the registration website.|
|Step 2: Enter a password for your accont|
|Step 3: Review instructions. A separate application is required for each child.|
|Step 4: Select 2018 for season.|
|Step 5: Click “Show Sessions” under “Traveling Day Camp Program”|
|Step 6: Select “Asbury United Methodist Church TDC” from the list of camps. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click “Continue”.|
|Step 7: Enter your Household Information.|
|Step 8 OPTIONAL: Camper’s Photo and Email are optional.|
|Step 9 OPTIONAL: Enter your church information (optional).|
|Step 10: Click continue.|
|Step 11: Do not enter any payment information here – Just click Continue. Payment can be made online via the Asbury UMC online payment page – SEE PAYMENT INFORMATION SECTION ABOVE.|
|Step 12: Review and accept Terms and Conditions. Click Submit.|
|Step 13: All Done! You can print your camper’s application. If you have additional campers, click “Begin New Application” to register each additional camper which will return to to Step 3.|
